Meet Recap

The Woodridge Bulldogs got their season off to a great start with a 3-2 victory over PTC rivals Southeast High School. The match was played in a stifling heat, but the team was able to overcome an early 2-0 deficit to come home with the win. Victorious for the Bulldogs were the 1st doubles paring of seniors Audrey Galehouse and Beth Galehouse (3 set victory), the 2nd doubles pairing of seniors Sage Jenkins and Ali Galehouse (straight sets) and freshmen Lily Meehan at 3rd singles who won the decisive match in 3 sets after losing the 1st set in a tiebreak.

The Bulldogs travel to Columbia Woods park on Wednesday, August 16th to face reigning PTC champions Norton High School. Start time for that match is approximately 5pm.
