Meet Recap

The girls track and field program overcame a variety of setbacks and injuries throughout the spring and kept it together to win their 12th consecutive PTC Championship. The girls entered the final event trailing Cloverleaf by one point. Once again, the girls found a way to get things handled.

The girls won the 4×800 relay, the 4×400 relay, and Nicole Fleming won the 1600. Tremendous efforts were provided by Eleanor Sterling and Rachel Frierson in the throws. Nicole Seff and Shayla Alexander scored well in the jumps. Clare Willett, Libby Howard, and Nicole Fleming scored big points in the distance races while Molly Howard, Adelle Tannous, Natalie Fleming, Katie Kearns, and Jenna Kaiser added points in the middle distance. Gracey Radwany, Erin Eby, and Seff dominated the hurdle events while Kiara King joined a variety of girls to pace the sprint crew.

The girls have won every PTC title in the history of the conference. Congratulations and best of luck at the Bedford Districts this Thursday and Saturday!
