Game Recap

The Lady Bulldogs opened up the 2017-2018 season at home against the Vikes from Waterloo. The Lady Bulldogs came out with a strong defensive effort in the first quarter and took a 14-11 lead. The Bulldogs and the Vikes battled back and forth throughout the entire game matching each others offensive runs. The Lady Bulldogs came up a bit short in the end falling 56-49 in their season opener. The Bulldogs were led by seniors Sophia DeBord, Armani Artice and Anyah Parker all scoring in double figures. Woodridge also had strong efforts from Aniya Rashid, Molly Howard and Kendra Kearns which rounded out the scoring. The Lady Bulldogs will be back in action Wednesday when they travel to Canton South.
