The state’s second-ranked Bulldog cross country team ran an outstanding team race to grab another Regional Championship and their 15th consecutive berth to Ohio’s State Championship race. The Dawgs were able to hold off top five programs from Akron St.Vincent-St.Mary’s and Bay Village to regain the team title.

Micah Blair, Ryan Champa, and Zayd Elkurd each grabbed top ten finishes to pace the Bulldogs. Riley Galehouse, Nedal Elkurd, Sam Dutt, and Andrew Lauck each raced well to round out the scoring for Woodridge.

The boys competition will add the state’s top-ranked Shelby Whippets to the field next week as the boys will try to grab the school’s 10th cross country team state championship!
