The boys varsity bowling team traveled to Spins Lanes (Kent) for the PTC League tournament. The format for this tournament was three ten pin games, and six baker games. The team with the largest total pin fall wins the tournament. The team had plenty of encouragement knowing that a win at this tournament would secure them a league championship. The Bulldogs sent a message to the field by starting off with an impressive team game score of 1,138 putting them in 1st place. The team continued with their high scoring in the second game, when the bowlers scored a 1,120 team game score that was enough to keep them in the lead. The boys third game was another strong score of 1,098 that pushed them out in front of the field going into baker games.
The team scored an outstanding 1,286 during the six baker games (277, 206, 238, 225, 178 & 162). The baker game scores enabled the Bulldogs to hold on to their 1st place position and walk away with the tournament victory.
Scoring for the tournament was led by Bryce Oliver with a school record 793 three game series (268, 259 & 266). Also scoring was Angelo Biondo with a 691 series (262, 226 & 203), Kyle Schneider had a 682 series (255, 211 & 216), Sam Bergdorf had a 617 series (189, 204 & 224) and Chad Schoolcraft had a 573 series (164, 220 and 189).
* Bryce Oliver earned a medal for his 1st place three game series of 793 and a 2nd place medal for his 268 game.
* Angelo Biondo earned a 4th place medal for his 691 series and a 3rd place medal for his 262 game.
* Kyle Schneider earned a 5th place medal for his 682 series.
