The varsity boys earned another victory in league play defeating Rootstown in a tight match at Legend Lanes tonight. The Bulldogs were led by Bryce Oliver with a 510 series (255 & 255). Also rolling for the bulldogs were Sam Bergdorf with a 390 series (215 & 175), Kyle Schneider with a 360 series (153 & 207), Chad Schoolcraft with a 344 series (154 & 190) and two sub games of 156 and 165 were also rolled.

The Bulldogs took a 14 pin lead after the first team game with a 933 – 919. The lead remained 14 pins after the second game as the two teams tied 992 – 992. Going into the baker games, the bulldogs were up by a small margin of 1,925 – 1,911.

In the baker games, the Bulldogs pulled away and ultimately won the match shooting a 607 series (202, 168, & 237) to the Rovers 494 series (164, 189, & 141).

The boys junior varsity team also won beating Rootstown by a score of 1,897 to 1,492. Connor Jewell led the all scorers in the match with a 388 series (200 & 188).
