Woodridge High School is fortunate enough to have a Strength and Conditioning program. The Strength and Conditioning program works with every high school sport at no additional cost to the athletes or teams to provide safe and effective sports performance programs. The program is led by Mark Lowery, a volunteer certified strength and conditioning specialist. The programs are designed for high school level athletes, but are adjusted as needed for individual athletes. There are monthly newsletters to the parents and athletes with information about why the Strength and Conditioning Program features certain exercises and also includes nutrition information/tips. (There is a link below) The program also promotes the athletes work on social media platforms via Twitter and Instagram.
